Runcorn Town Community Land Trust is a new community led organisation working with Halton Borough Council and Breaking Ground to develop a community led housing project as part of the Runcorn Town Investment Plan. The project is focusing on Rutland / Egerton / Ashridge Street where the flyover was demolished.
